Balasore: 5T Secretary VK Pandian is in Balasore district on a two-day visit to review the various developmental activities in the district and interact with the people on various issues. The 5T Secretary visited Kupari Panchayat and interacted with the local people along with Mission Shakti members. He has assured them that all temples of the district will be transformed in the coming days and the required funds will be sanctioned within a week.
He also said that all the issues related to agriculture will be resolved. Pandian said that all the schools in Balasore district will be transformed under the High School Transformation program by the end of this year. He also listened to the people’s grievances and received grievance letters from them. During his interaction, he said women are getting free health treatment upto Rs 10 Lakhs under the BSKY Yojana. Women SHG members are being given interest free loans of Rs 5 Lakhs. He also said that every house in the district will get clean drinking water by the starting of next year.
