New Delhi: The Australian cricket team created history on Sunday night after winning their record-extending sixth World Cup title after defeating the hosts India in the finals.
The Indian cricket team’s decade-long wait for an ICC trophy continues as they lost one of their best chance to end their wait.
However, the 45-day-long tournament was filled with a number of mesmerizing performances, and the event cannot be concluded without recognising these performances.
There were several awards up for grabs in the tournament. Check out the complete list of all the award winners of the ICC World Cup 2023, below:
Man of the Tournament and Golen Bat
Indian batting Virtuoso, Virat Kohli won the Man of the Tournament and Golden Bat Award of the ICC World Cup 2023, courtesy of his record-breaking 765 runs in 11 matches with an average of 95.62. Kohli also took one wicket in the Tournament.

Golden Ball
Indian pacer Mohammed Shami, despite missing the first four games of the tournament, ended up taking 24 wickets in 7 matches to win the Golden Ball award.

Runner-up Medals
Indian cricket team, after losing the finals, along with the runner-up medal, also took home 16.65 crore rupees in prize money.
