Bhubaneswar/New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced separate datesheets for Class 10 and Class 12 Board Exams 2024. Both the Board exams will start from February 15, 2024.
However, the exams for Class 10 would conclude on March 13, 2024 and the exams for Class 12 would conclude on April 2, 2024, two CBSE notifications issued in this regard mentioned.
Students who are to appear for the exams are required to regularly check the official websites: cbse.nic.in or cbse.gov.in for the latest updates or more detailed schedules.
The CBSE Board examinations for Class 10 and Class 12 are scheduled to be held in a single shift starting at 10.30 am and concluding at 1.30 pm.
Worth mentioning, the Ministry of Education previously introduced a significant change and announced that board exams for classes 10 and 12 will be held twice a year starting from the academic year 2024-25. This reformative measure aimed to ease examination pressure on students and provide them with more flexibility, offering them an opportunity to enhance their scores.
“Appearing for Class 10 and 12 board exams twice a year would not be obligatory for students,” Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan had clarified.
