Kendrapara: All liquor shops in Odisha’s Kendrapara district will remain closed on January 22 in view of the consecration ceremony of Ram Temple in Ayodhya.
This apart, all liquor shops in the district have been closed for today due to the inauguration ceremony of Srimandir Parikrama Project in Puri.
The district administration has issued a notification in this regard.
As per the notification, the liquor shops will be sealed after the sale hour of January 21 till opening hour of January 23 for preservation of public peace and maintenance of law and order.
