Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has been voted as the most popular Chief Minister in home state as per the ‘Mood of the Nation’ survey conducted by the ‘India Today’ media group recently.
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has been adjudged as the second popular Chief Minister in home state while Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma is the third popular Chief Minister.
According to the survey report, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has been voted as the 8th popular Chief Minister in home state while Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin is the 9th popular Chief Minister. West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee occupies the 10th position in the list of popular Chief Ministers in home state.
The survey report claimed that Patnaik has been voted as the most popular Chief Minister in the home state as 52.7 per cent respondents of the total 3,760 from Odisha said they were satisfied with his performance.
Of the total 6,703 respondents from Uttar Pradesh, 51.3 per cent expressed satisfaction with Yogi Adityanath’s performance, said the survey.
It is worth mentioning here that of the total 3,760 respondents, 61.3 per cent had expressed satisfaction over Patnaik’s performance as Odisha Chief Minister in the Mood of the Nation survey by the India Today group in August, 2023.
