Bhubaneswar: Several districts of Odisha are likely to experience light rainfall till March 8, the Regional Meteorological Centre here forecasted today.
A cyclonic circulation lies over interior Odisha and neighbourhood at 0.9 km above mean sea level, it said in its mid-day bulletin.
Below is day-wise forecast for Odisha in this regard.
March 5: Light rain/thundershowers very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Kandhamal, Rayagada, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Nuapada, Kalahandi, Koraput, and Nabarangpur.
March 6: Light rain/thundershowers likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Sundargarh, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, and Jharsuguda.
March 7: Light to moderate rain/thundershowers very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of North Coastal Odisha, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Sundargarh, Deogarh, Puri, and Khurda.
March 8: Light rain/thundershowers likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Bhadrak, Kendrapara, Jagatsinghpur, Puri, Cuttack, Khurda, Ganjam, and Kandhamal.
Temperature forecast: No large change in maximum temperature (day temperature) and minimum temperature (night temperature) at many places over the districts of Odisha during the next three-four days.
