Bhubaneswar: All India Congress Committee (AICC) today appointed three observers for Odisha ahead of the upcoming elections to Lok Sabha and the State Legislative Assembly.
The new observers are Meenakshi Natarajan, Harak Singh Rawat, and Pargat Singh.
These party functionaries have been appointed by the Congress president to coordinate the elections, an official notification issued by the AICC general secretary KC Venugopal mentioned.
Newly-appointed observers will act in coordination with AICC in-charge, the Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC), and the party secretaries attached to Odisha with immediate effect, the communiqué said.
