Two prisoners escape from Odisha jail – N.F Times



Titilagarh: Two prisoners lodged at the Sub-Jail in Titilagarh in Balangir district of Odisha allegedly escaped from the prison, informed the jail authority today.

Sumit Bihari (23) and Sobhaban Rana (28), the undertrial prisoners, allegedly fled by jumping the boundary wall of the jail at around 8 pm on Saturday.

According to reports, Sobhaban Rana is a murder accused in a human sacrifice case in Sindhekela. He was lodged at the Titilagarh Sub-Jail for the past four years. Sumit was in jail for the past two years on a murder charge.
