New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on June 10 signed his first file authorizing the release of the 17th installment of the PM Kisan Nidhi scheme. The move will benefit over 9.3 crore farmers and will see the disbursement of over Rs 20,000 crore.
PM Modi on June 9 was sworn-in for the third term after being elected as the leader of the NDA parliamentary party. PM Modi-led Bharatiya Janata Party had secured 240 seats in the Lok Sabha results announced on June 4.
