Bhubaneswar: A delegation of journalists called on Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi in his chamber at the Odisha Assembly on Friday.
Led by the veteran journalist Prasanna Mohanty, the delegation congratulated the Chief Minister for presenting a development and welfare-oriented budget.
Additionally, they briefed Chief Minister Majhi on the challenges faced by journalists. CM Majhi acknowledged these issues and assured the government would consider the problems and take suitable measures.
Journalists including Jitendra Patnaik, Pradipta Mahapatra, Harihar Chand, Prasant Swain, Pritikanta Nayak, Sujit Bisoi, Debasish Sasmal, Biswabhusan Mahapatra, Soumya Ranjan Sahu, among others, were part of the delegation.
