The Govt even did not turn up for discussion, the general secretary of the association informed.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe cease-wheel (Chaka-Bandh) agitation will begin from October 10 in the morning at around 6.00 am. This was decided in a meeting of district private bus owners\u2019 associations from across the State. The stir will continue till our demands are met,\u201d the outfit general secretary Debendra Sahu warned.<\/p>\n<p>All Odisha Private Bus Owners\u2019 Association decided to go on strike in its General Body meeting.<\/p>\n<p>According to the association sources, the strike has been called opposing the LAccMI scheme of the Odisha Government, which was launched in Malkangiri on October 2.
