It is likely to move west-northwestwards and under its influence, a low pressure area is likely to form over Central parts of Bay of Bengal around 20th October,\u201d the agency said.<\/p>\n<p>However, the system is unlikely to play spoilsport in Durga Puja festivities in Odisha.
