Special arrangements have been made by local administrations for smooth darshan of Goddess Durga at the pandals.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, several Durga Puja committees have geared up for the Rabana Podi (burning of effigies of Rabana) event to be held this evening\/ tonight.<\/p>\n<p>In Bhubaneswar, permission has been granted to six puja committees\u2013 Jharpada, Baramunda, Naharkanta, Koradakanta, Chhatabara and Tamando\u2013 for conducting Rabana Podi.<\/p>\n<p>Dussehra marks the victory of good over evil. The festival commemorates Lord Rama\u2019s triumph over the demon king Ravana, symbolizing the victory of righteousness over wickedness.
