Police have arrested the unit owner identified as E Rajeswar Patra in this connection.<\/p>\n<p>According to a source, the arrested had been manufacturing ghee by mixing palm oil, essence, and some chemicals. The spurious ghee was labeled as \u2018Maa Durga Ghee\u2019 and was being sold in the market.<\/p>\n<p>A huge cache of adulterated ghee along with several other articles has been seized, an official said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTrade License number, dates of manufacturing, and expiry were not mentioned on the ghee packets. The wrongdoer was distributing the fake products in the markets in and outside Odisha. He has been doing this illegal activity for nearly the last two years.
