Let\u2019s celebrate this remarkable achievement and continue to champion women\u2019s empowerment in every sphere,\u201d the Governor said.<\/p>\n<p>Padhi formally joined her post and reported to the Governor as she was introduced to the officers and staff of the Raj Bhavan, Mizoram. Previously, Padhi was posted to three postings\u2013 Air Force Station, Bidar, Air Force Station, Pune, and Air Force Station, Bhatinda.<\/p>\n<p>Hailing from Berhampur, Padhi is an alumnus of the C. V. Raman College of Engineering, Bhubaneswar.
