Furthermore, he used a different name for availing higher education, the complainant alleged.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>As <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ambika Prasad disclosed the offence committed by his brother Durgadatta, the latter threatened the former to kill him with poison injection, the complainant added.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>On the basis of the complaint, police registered a case against the doctor under Sections <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">468, 471, 420 and 506 of the IPC.
