Rourkela : As a part of the massive cleanliness drive undertaken by SAIL, Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP) under Special Swachhata Campaign 2.0, a cleanliness drive was carried out at Ispat Haat, Sector \u2013 19 of SAIL, Rourkela Steel Plant on 18th October. The area was swept clean under the supervision of Public Health unit of Town Engineering Department.
\nDuring the drive an awareness session on cleanliness, prevention of Dengue and Malaria was also conducted by Dr. Deepa Lavangare, Deputy CMO (Public Health) for the vendors, buyers, and shopkeepers of the Haat.
\nIt may be noted that Ispat Haat with a vast open air market space including plinths having the capacity to accommodate more than 100 vegetable vendors, attracts a huge crowd who throng the market for fresh green vegetables and others from across the Steel Township. \"\"<\/a>
