He was working in the Rural Water Supply and Sanitation (RWSS) division.<\/p>\n<p>The JE was identified as Sanjay Kumar Nayak, who was alone in the house.<\/p>\n<p>According to a source, a few of his subordinate staff found him in the morning. Later, they informed to local police. The staff rescued the JE and immediately took him to community health centre (CHC) in Baliapal in critical condition, where doctors declared him \u2018dead\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe knocked on the main door of the house and broke it open as he (the JE Nayak) did not respond for quite a long time.
