He was trampled to death.<\/p>\n<p>Debendra\u2019s family searched for him as he did not return back home for quite a long time. However, they spotted him while lying on the ground in a pool of blood.<\/p>\n<p>On being informed, a team of forest personnel drove away the pachyderm and recovered the body of Debendra. The victim was taken to a nearby hospital where doctors declared him \u2018dead\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>In another incident today, two persons sustained grievous injuries after being attacked by the jumbo.<\/p>\n<p>The injured duo was identified as Samarai Tudu and Gurubari Tudu from another village of the district.<\/p>\n<p>Worth mentioning, a herd of jumbos earlier came from Similipal forest.
