He belonged to the Dhenkanal district and was running a spare parts retail outlet.<\/p>\n<p>According to a source, Dushmanta was on his way to a bus stand in the town after purchasing some spare parts for his retail outlet when he met with a fatal accident. He was run over by the truck and was dragged up to quite a long distance along with his vehicle leading to his death.<\/p>\n<p>Tension erupted at the accident site following the road mishap and hundreds of irate locals staged a roadblock in protest. Incensed locals thrashed some policemen who had come to the spot to convince the protestors. Town police station IIC Dhiresh Das and sub-inspector (SI) Asish Swain were injured in the incident, the source expressed.<\/p>\n<p>Town police seized the body of Dushmanta and sent it to a nearby hospital for post-mortem.
