The man was rescued by some locals and rushed to a hospital for treatment in critical condition.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAn ill-fated two-wheeler was dragged up to a distance of around 50 metres by a Hyva truck after the fatal road mishap. A middle-aged woman was run over by the speeding truck and she died on the spot in the incident,\u201d an eyewitness expressed.<\/p>\n<p>Tension erupted on the spot following the accident and incensed locals staged a roadblock demanding adequate compensation to the deceased\u2019s next of kin.
