The complaint was referred to the CBI by the Prime Minister\u2019s Office (PMO).<\/p>\n<p>As per the allegations, Pinniti produced several documents, including letters from the Prime Minister and the Defence Minister, along with documents related to the Supreme Court and records from the UAE government, which appeared to be forged.<\/p>\n<p>Notably, Pinniti was an active participant in social media discussions over death of Bollywood actors Sridevi and Sushant Singh Rajput.<\/p>\n<p>While Sridevi died in Dubai in February of 2018, Pinniti claimed about a \u201ccoverup between the two governments\u201d in an interview based on her \u201cinvestigations\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The CBI had carried out searches at her residence in Bhubaneswar on December 2 and seized digital devices, including phones and laptops.<\/p>\n<p>As per the CBI report submitted before a special court, the documents presented by her were \u201cforged\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s hard to believe that the CBI has filed a charge sheet against me without recording my statement. Moreover, the evidence will be given to court when charges are framed.
