This was informed by Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw on the sidelines of a Rail Over Bridge (ROB) foundation stone laying ceremony in Puri district, today.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRecently, I was requested by these two (BJP national spokesperson Sambit Patra and Puri MLA Jayanta Kumar Sarangi) to run a special train between the land of Lord Jagannath and the birthplace of Lord Sriram (Ram Lalla). This demand of yours will be fulfilled soon and a new train service will begin around July or August,\u201d the Railway Minister said while addressing a huge gathering.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOne more long-standing demand was there for a railway line between Puri and Konark, which will also be fulfilled soon. I was selected for IAS in 1994 and was posted in Puri the next year. However, I had the opportunity to join my duties for the first time as an executive magistrate at the Holy Trinity\u2019s Pahandi Bije during the Rath Yatra festival in July in the pilgrim town.
