Mumbai:<\/strong> TV actor Rituraj Singh passed away at the age of the 59 in the wee hours of Tuesday.<\/p>\n The actor was discharged from the hospital after he was admitted following stomach infection. But, his health condition deteriorated last night, and suffered a heart attack.<\/p>\n Actor Amit Behl told IANS: \u201cRituraj was admitted in the hospital and was discharged. Last night at 12.30 a.m. he got a cardiac arrest.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cHe was admitted in the hospital for a stomach infection,\u201d the actor said.<\/p>\n Asked about the cremation, Amit categorically said, \u201cI have no details about his cremation.\u201d<\/p>\n Meanwhile, Bollywood actor Arshad Warsi expressed grief over the death of Rituraj.<\/p>\n In a post on X, Arshad wrote, \u201cI am so saddened to know that Ritu Raj passed away. We lived in the same building, he was a part of my first film as a producer. Lost a friend and a great actor\u2026 will miss you brother\u2026\u201d.<\/p>\n With a career spanning over three decades, Rituraj was known for his work in shows like \u2018Banegi Apni Baat\u2019, \u2018Tehkikaat\u2019, \u2018Kutumb\u2019, \u2018Jyoti\u2019, \u2018Beintehaa\u2019, and most recent \u2018Anupamaa\u2019.<\/p>\n He also featured in 2022 web series \u2018Made in Heaven\u2019 and 2023 movie \u2018Yaariyan 2\u2019.<\/p>\n (IANS) <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
