The animal might have died around 4 to 5 days ago due to an infight between the members of a herd. The services of a joint task force (JTF) have been sought and the team is to arrive from Bhubaneswar.<\/p>\n<p>On being informed, the local regional chief conservator of forests (RCCF) and divisional forest officer (DFO) reached the spot and initiated a probe into the jumbo\u2019s death.<\/p>\n<p>The exact reason behind the pachyderm\u2019s death has not been ascertained yet, Sambalpur RCCF T.
