Now, both the parties are on the verge of stitching an alliance ahead of the simultaneous Lok Sabha and Assembly elections in the state. The two parties have gifted misrule and scams as their children to the people of Odisha. The party will hold Annaprasana ceremony for these children on March 11,\u201d said OPCC social media chief Amiya Pandav.<\/p>\n<p>The OPCC will hold the ceremony at its headquarters in the city here at 2 pm on March 11. \u201cWe will seek the help of a priest to perform the ritual. A feast will be organised on the occasion.
