It has hurt me. Therefore, I am willing to tender resignation from all committees of the party,\u201d the Jatani MLA said in the letter.<\/p>\n<p>However, he clarified that he will not quit Congress.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI will be a part of the Congress till my last breath. I am ready to do any task given to me by the party. I will never vote in favour of any other party,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>Worth mentioning, Routray is a prominent leader of the Odisha unit of Congress.
