{"id":24289,"date":"2024-03-29T10:55:17","date_gmt":"2024-03-29T10:55:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thenftimes.com\/index.php\/2024\/03\/29\/kangana-ranaut-holds-roadshow-in-mandi-responds-to-supriya-shrinates-bhao-jibe-n-f-times\/"},"modified":"2024-03-29T10:55:19","modified_gmt":"2024-03-29T10:55:19","slug":"kangana-ranaut-holds-roadshow-in-mandi-responds-to-supriya-shrinates-bhao-jibe-n-f-times","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thenftimes.com\/index.php\/2024\/03\/29\/kangana-ranaut-holds-roadshow-in-mandi-responds-to-supriya-shrinates-bhao-jibe-n-f-times\/","title":{"rendered":"Kangana Ranaut holds roadshow in Mandi, responds to Supriya Shrinate\u2019s \u2018bhao\u2019 jibe &#8211; N.F Times"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> [ad_1]<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>New Delhi: Actor Kangana Ranaut, the BJP candidate from Himachal Pradesh\u2019s Mandi Lok Sabha constituency hit back at Congress leader Supriya Shrinate\u2019s slanderous jibe on Friday, saying that \u2018such people can do no good to the country\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Addressing a public gathering after the mega roadshow, she called out \u2018Congress culture\u2019 of demeaning and denigrating others\u2019 character with hurtful remarks and said: \u201cJo betiyon ke aur behano ke bhao lagate hain, who log aapke kabhi nahin ho sakte hain, yeh aap yaad rakhiyega,\u201d (those who insult sisters and mothers can never be relied upon, all of you must remember this).<\/p>\n<p>Kangana\u2019s retort comes in response to Supriya Shrinate\u2019s controversial \u2018rate card\u2019 comments on social media, some days ago, after the actor got nominated as BJP candidate from Mandi Lok Sabha constituency in Himachal Pradesh.<\/p>\n<p>Kangana though refrained from taking names, her comments were directed at Congress social media in-charge\u2019s denigrating remarks.<\/p>\n<p>Shrinate\u2019s distasteful comment on the actor bagging the BJP Lok Sabha ticket from Mandi seat triggered a big backlash from the BJP and also a storm on social media, with all denouncing the Congress leader for insulting the country\u2019s daughter.<\/p>\n<p>In further reach-out to Mandi residents, the actress also made a heartfelt appeal and asked them not to see her as a heroine but as their daughter and sister.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDon\u2019t think that Kangana is a heroine, that she is a star. Consider Kangana your sister, your daughter. Everyone is my family,\u201d she told the crow amid loud cheers.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier in the day, Kangana held a mega roadshow in her home town, flanked by BJP functionaries and saw a large gathering of people on the streets.<\/p>\n<p>Kangana\u2019s family members are also a happy lot over her contesting the elections from her hometown.
