The new website has  additional value added features in addition to the existing facility available in employee zone of RSP Portal. He also felicitated Mr. V P Arya,   and Mr. Somdutta Tripathy, for their contributions.<br \/>\nMr. Badpanda explained the new features of the website.<br \/>\nNotably, the website has been developed as a part of the digital road map for digitization of HR at RSP. The new website can be accessed on both intranet and internet and is also android &#038; IOS mobile compatible. The URL of the website is https:\/\/empzone.sailrsp.co.in. Various new features have been incorporated in the new website to improve user experience. These include Employee assistance register, Dashboard of various statistics on employee data for HR, Experience details, Succession planning, Executive coordination meeting, Managerial excellence and PF Ledger. The Executives co-ordination meeting module provided in the website is a transparent way of recording all the suggestions given by the Young executives during the executives co-ordination meeting for which a circular has been issued recently. The concerned executive can also view the status of his\/her suggestion in the employee zone.
