The prevailing hot and humid weather condition is intolerable for outdoor activities, said Special Relief Commissioner (SRC) Satyabrata Sahu in his letter to all district Collectors today.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt has come to the notice of the government that labourers\/workers are still working in the peak hours of the summer in some districts of the state.
