Siliguri<\/strong>: The death toll rose to 15 in the tragic train accident that occurred near Rangapani station in West Bengal on Monday.<\/p>\n The huge impact caused at least two of the Kanchanjunga Express\u2019s compartments to derail, with one of the coaches hanging in midair.
