Uttar Pradesh:<\/strong> The Ayodhya district administration on Saturday demolished a bakery owned by Samajwadi Party leader Moeed Khan, who is the prime suspect in the gang rape of a minor girl.<\/p>\n Officials reported that Moeed Khan had illegally seized land from a pond to construct the bakery.<\/p>\n SDM Ashok Kumar stated, \u201cThe bakery was sealed for being illegal, and demolition procedures have begun.\u201d<\/p>\n Following the bakery\u2019s demolition, the administration also razed the illegally constructed boundary wall around the pond.<\/p>\n Previously, Moeed Khan and his domestic worker were charged with the rape and extortion of a 12-year-old girl employed at Khan\u2019s residence in Ayodhya.<\/p>\n A lawsuit has been filed against the SP leader for purportedly intimidating the rape victim\u2019s family to compromise the case.
