The next hearing will be held on September 5.<\/p>\n<p>A bench of Justices Surya Kant and Ujjal Bhuyan posted the matter on September 5 for hearing.<\/p>\n<p>At the outset of the hearing, Additional Solicitor General SV Raju sought time to file a counter-affidavit in one of Kejriwal\u2019s petitions. He submitted that CBI\u2019s counter-affidavit has been filed in the other petition.
