Over the past two to three days, the state has witnessed a continuous drop in temperatures, significantly increasing the chill factor in many regions.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"466\" data-end=\"765\">Several locations recorded minimum temperatures below <strong data-start=\"520\" data-end=\"528\">10\u00b0C<\/strong>, marking one of the coldest November spells in decades. In the last 24 hours, <strong data-start=\"607\" data-end=\"621\">Jharsuguda<\/strong> shivered at <strong data-start=\"634\" data-end=\"643\">8.2\u00b0C<\/strong>, setting a new low. Officials confirmed that this is the district\u2019s lowest November temperature in the past <strong data-start=\"752\" data-end=\"764\">71 years<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"767\" data-end=\"929\">Similarly, <strong data-start=\"778\" data-end=\"794\">G. Udayagiri<\/strong> reported a minimum temperature of <strong data-start=\"829\" data-end=\"838\">7.4\u00b0C<\/strong>, while <strong data-start=\"846\" data-end=\"858\">Rourkela<\/strong> recorded <strong data-start=\"868\" data-end=\"877\">7.7\u00b0C<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"879\" data-end=\"893\">Semiliguda<\/strong> <strong data-start=\"894\" data-end=\"903\">8.6\u00b0C<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"909\" data-end=\"918\">Kirei<\/strong> <strong data-start=\"919\" data-end=\"928\">9.3\u00b0C<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"931\" data-end=\"1228\">According to the <strong data-start=\"948\" data-end=\"989\">India Meteorological Department (IMD)<\/strong>, dry weather conditions are expected to prevail across the state for the next <strong data-start=\"1068\" data-end=\"1082\">seven days<\/strong>.
