Puri: The secretary (5T) VK Pandian on Saturday faced ink attack while he was going to attend a meeting at a college in Satyavadi in Puri district.<\/p>\n
Puri Collector Samarth Verma, who accompanied the secretary, also faced similar fate during the event.<\/p>\n
The incident took place while the officers were going to attend a government programme at UGS college in Satyavadi.<\/p>\n
The man who threw ink on the officers has been overpowered by the security forces. He has identified as Bhaskar Sahoo, a resident of Kanas in the district. Police have arrested him.<\/p>\n
The reason of the ink attack has not immediately been established. Police started questioning the accused.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
