However, he did not come out of his room till evening, sources said.<\/p>\n<p>Sachin\u2019s friends also did not receive any reply when they knocked on the door of his hostel room. Later, they broke open Sachin\u2019s room window and found him hanging from the ceiling fan, sources added.<\/p>\n<p>Sachin was immediately rushed to the hospital, where doctors declared him dead on arrival.<\/p>\n<p>The authorities of the medical college have informed the incident to the deceased\u2019s family members.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have initiated a probe into the incident. The House Surgeon might have died by suicide.
