Marwadi samaj:Robotic hand fixed to beneficiaries
GANJAM : The 'Samarth' camp was organized on Sunday at Chaturbhuj Dharamshala with jointly organized by Akhil Bharatiya Marwari Mahila Samiti and Marwari Samaj in association with Rotary Club of Berhampur East and poona downtown. There were around 123 cases registered from all over the state and around 80 people were benificaries. The others were special cases and will be followed up shortly. The robotic hands was imported from the United States. The camp was inaugurated by Bajranglal Choudhury, President of the Marwari Committee. Berhampur MP Chandra Shekhar Sahu and MLA Bikram Kumar Panda joined as guests and praised the effort. Sandhya Agrawal, head of the Marwadi Women's Committee's organ donation, eye and blood donation project, Lalita Agrawal state president, and Secretary Rani khemka were present. Sumitra Agrawal, the head of the region assisted. People from Bargarh, Balangir, Bhawanipatna, Kalahandi, Baripada, Jharsuguda, Khordha, Cuttack, Bhubaneswar and Baleshwar including Ganjam in Odisha and neighboring Vishakhapatnam and Vijayanagar also took part in the camp. All the Covid 19 norms and guidelines were followed and strict discipline and decorum was maintained. Marwadi Women's Committee's Berhampur President Ruby Khemani, Secretary Seema Choudhury, Project Chairperson Mamata Choudhury managing the program, while Siba Agrawal, advisor to the Marwari community, Rajesh Choudhury Secretary and others contributed.
