Bhubaneswar: In a tragic mishap, a 19-year old youth was run over by a speeding truck at Vani Vihar in Bhubaneswar on Wednesday. The deceased was identified as Pratyuparna Das, a first year BTech student at Odisha University of Technology and Research (OUAT).
As per reports, Das was speaking on his phone while riding his two-wheeler when the truck ran him over on the over-bridge at Rasulgarh Chowk. The driver then fled the spot.
