New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi chaired a meeting to review the situation in Jammu and Kashmir. He spoke to Home Minister Amit Shah to discuss the deployment of security forces and counter-terror operations in the UT.
PM Modi also spoke to J&K LG Manoj Sinha to take stock of the present situation in J&K. During the meeting, PM Modi was also briefed on the efforts being undertaken by the local administration to combat terrorism, news agency ANI reported citing Government of India sources.
