Prasanta Kumar Bishoyi: (Buruea): On the auspicious occasion of Navaratri, the launching of the poems collection called “Annanya” written by Smt.Bijayalaxmi Panigrahi was put to the public domain with its Inauguration for reading. Joining on this literary occasion, the guests attending the program stated unequivocally that the collection of the poems are worthy of reading for the literary bent of mind. Dr.Gangadhar Nanda, a renowned scholar of odisha while appreciating the book and extolling the contribution of Smt.Bijayalaxmi Panigrahi and her husband Mr Niranjan Panigrahi stated that there are hardly four to five couples staying at Jeypore who take the literary creation to such a dignified scale of prominence and popularity like Vijaylaxmi and Niranjan. Dr.Nanda also referred to the purified conjugality of the wife Vijaylaxmi and husband Niranjan with a candid description of the combination of scriptural husband and wife as recited during wedding ceremony by the priest. Dr.Narendra Mishra, an eminent dramatist and prominent member of odisha Sangita Nataka Academy , joining the occasion as a guest of honour appreciated the panigrahi family and recapitulated the excellent performance of Bijayalaxmi as an actor on a stage at Damanjodi. Sri.Laxmikanta Padhy, a popular figure in the field of literary creation and also an active member of Odisha Sahitya Academy joining as the Guest of Honour while addressing the august gathering motivated everyone for literary creation. Every incident revolving around us could be captured as an excellent Canvas for creativity and innovation in the field of literature. ” In a short span of time, I on the dias, read three poems of Bijayalaxmi which not only manufactured rapture within me but also do I encourage everyone present on the occasion to write irrespective of outer criticism, Mr.Padhi stated with brimming of confidence. Mr Ashok Kumar Palei and Mr Ashok Kumar Maharana, both having got rare distinction of managing a plethora of literary events in Jeypore coordinated the program with overwhelming enthusiasm.Some young students found doing analysis of the poems recited during the sacred occasion that became a good platform on the occasion of the launching of ” Annaya”.
On another session of this august occasion, Dr.Manoranjan Pradhan, a prolific writer and Lecturer of women’s college, Jeypore, Dr.Pradeep Kumar Mishra , a great poet of national reputation, Dr.Kamalakrushna Tripathi, a distinguished author, Sri Sudhiraj Raut , a person of literary erudition made a critical appreciation of the book “Annanya” in a way that kept the audience under the steering inspiration of rapt attention. Sri. Nalini Ranjan Mishra, Dr.Suresh Dash, Sri Jaladhar Swain, Sri.Jagya Panda, Sri.Dharmaraj Majhi, Sri.Suresh Mishra Sri.Mrutyunjaya Sethi, Sri Balabha Rauta, Sri.Narendra Behera were the prominent personalities among others present on the occasion. There were scores of artists, poets, writers and editors across the district participated to bless Bijayalaxmi on her book launching. Mr.Niranjan Panigrahi in addition to the arrangement , made an adequate setting of the literary ambience to the state of perfection that made the audience spellbound.
