Kuakhia, Jajpur, Pratap Prusty : On 26.10.2022, a plantation programme was held in the premises of U.N.S College, Mugpal in the evening. The programme was organised by one social organization ‘ISR Foundation’ in collaboration with SBI, Kuakhia. In this programme, more than 100 numbers of saplings were planted. “The mission of this plantation drive is- in coming days, to plant ten thousand trees in various college, school, University and other institutions of Jajpur, Keonjhar, Balasore and Mayurbhanj district”, said Mr. Dharmendra Kar, the president of the ISR Foundation. The ‘ISR Foundation’ is a social organization, the members of which devote themselves in afforestation activity apart of their own work. The programme was hastagged with- “SBI, A BANKER 2 EVERY INDIAN & ISR- A TREE 4 EVERY INDIAN”. “People have realised the importance of the afforestation and its impact in global warming, rather they have turned themselves from the deforestation”, said Mr Kar, the president of ISR Foundation.
