Buruea Head ( PKB) : When Govt. of Odisha under the leadership of Naveen Patnaik has won many laurels and accolades for serving the state in such a longitivity with a trustworthy manner, the credit and responsibility for this would undoubtedly go to the affirmative faith of the people. But it is observed that the unwavering support of the general people upon BJD govt are gradually going down due to the negligence of some works being carried out by the local bodies across the state. Here at Jeypore subdivision of Koraput District, the Municipality itself is found neglecting some works. This is a general allegation and the people in some parts are raising many issues against the urban local body.
Just a look into the gross negligence of Jeypore municipality road works, hardly six months have not even lapsed here at Hanuman Colony Powerhouse road Jeypore in Koraput District, all the roads have dilapidated and severely damaged following which people are so dissatisfied with the contractor and the Municipality JE Pratap Acharya that stands unimaginable. It is allegedly reported by local people that the Concerned JE is doing plotting bussiness at Bhubaneswar not being sensitive to the requirement of people’s works. Due to lack of proper monitoring, the road conditions are the worst. The most important part that would go for criticising the government is to watch the construction materials dumped since last many months and perhaps, the bills have been prepared without the construction of roads. This type of activities of some local administration with their team of employees are enough not only to damage the reputation of govt but also reduce the amount of faith people keep for Naveen Patnaik.
