Balangir : A-three-day long training programme for enhancing Life Skill Education was organized by District Mental Health Programme Unit, Balangir and Zilla Swasthy Samiti ,Balangir at premises of Training Hall, DHH, Balangir by . The programme officer of Mental Health department Dr. Sukhishyam Tripathy co-ordinated the training session. The Chief CDM & PHO, Balangir Dr. Pradeep Ku Guru and DPHO , Balangir Dr Dibya Kishore Pati attended as the chief guest and guest highlighted the concept to cope with the need of the Life Skill Education and mental health to be urgently addressed as health initiators and leading teachers of the society. Associate Professor & HOD Dept. of Psychiatry Bhima Bhoi Medal College, Balangir Dr. Ashirbad Satapathy, Clinical psychologist Amrita Pritam and Programme Officer DMHP, Balangir Dr. Sukhishyam Tripathy imparted training on various themes to the participants. The objectives of the training session is how to manage we experienced mentally pressurized in our day to day life. The employees of Mental Health Dept. Psychiatry Social Worker Malay ku Nag, Community Nurse Subodh Biswal, Case Worker Sabyasachi Singh wear present and helped in many for carry out the programme smoothly .
The Trainee teachers Ram Narayan Dash, Hriday Shabar, Somadatta Dandasena, Arabindra Baag, Sugur Sahu, Ajaya Kumar Padhi, Sunil Kumar Patra, Debasmita Panda, Jharana Pande, Namrata Manhira, Sunita Bhoi, Smitarani Bag and other respectively acted as the group leader of the training programme.
