Sambalpur: Shri A.M.Chowdhary, Commissioner of Railway Safety,South Eastern circle inspected the doubling work between Badmal – Sikir stations of Sambalpur – Titlagarh section in Sambalpur Division on 11.11.2022.
Shri Chowdhary, inspected safety-related aspects like overhead equipments, Bridges, Signal & Telecommunication equipments, Railway track, etc. and also conducted a speed trial between Badmal – Sikir stations. After doubling & electrification of this section in the division it will further facilitate the smooth running of trains.
Divisional Railway Manager, Sambalpur, Shri Vineet Singh, Principal Chief Engineer, East Coast Railway, Shri N.S.Uikey and other senior officials from ECoR Headquarters & Sambalpur Division were also accompanied during the inspection.
