Students organised ‘Village Fair’ for self-dependant

Berhampur : The exhibition “THE VILLAGE FAIR” (GAON HATA) has been exhibited in the premises of Shivananda Sishu Mandir, Ankuli under ward No.38 of BeMC. The aims and objectives of the exhibition is to create awareness among the tiny tots (Little chicken) and to make them self- dependant in their future life. The primary level school children had installed different stalls in the fair such as: Chaumin, Paneer and capsicum tika, Alu chop, bara, Curd bara, idli, puri, chutney, ghugni, chat, cake, coffee, tea & snacks, paneer – vegetable – mushroom soup , chips pkts, bread, jhalmuri and so many items along with a vegetable stall of about 10 numbers of vegetables were displayed for sale. The place was crowded and it seemed to be a real Gaon Hata which was installed in a befitting manner. The hankering of the students to attract the customers towards their shops for selling goods was really enjoyable which created the humour of a real Gaon Hata. The students, guardians, teachers and the public bought different items from the students. It was seen that the customers were enjoying their breakfast there. At the end the students were advised to take the money and to keep in their respective SB a/c to create awareness of savings. The attempts of the HM Mamata Kumari Pattanayak and her team are really worth praising. Everyone enjoyed it with satisfaction.
