Delhi Court extends Manish Sisodia’s judicial custody till July 15 in Excise Policy case – N.F Times

New Delhi: Delhi court on Saturday, July 7, extended the judicial custody of former Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi, Manish Sisodia, until July 15 in the CBI case in connection with the Excise Policy scam.

Manish Sisodia was arrested by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on February 26, 2023, in connection with the excise policy case. Later, on March 9, he was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on charges related to money laundering. His attempts to file curative petitions with the Supreme Court regarding the case were also dismissed.
