Delhi HC transfers probe into deaths of 3 IAS aspirants in Old Rajinder Nagar to CBI – N.F Times

New Delhi: The Delhi high court on Friday transferred the probe regarding the Rajender Nagar incident to the CBI. The court directs central vigilance commissioner to appoint an officer to monitor CBIs probe & ensure that the is conducted in a timely manner.
