A 8- day training programme for line personnel from all sections of Instrumentation department was inaugurated on September 12, 2022 by Chief Guest Shri Sanjay Dhar, CGM (HRD & BE) along with Shri SK Keshkar, HOD and GM I/c (Instrumentation). The programme has been designed, framed and co-ordinated by Shri SR Jatrele, GM (Instrumentation).
It is noteworthy that Instrumentation Dept. provides maintenance and control of all process parameters from COCCD to Finishing Mills. Currently, Industry 4.0 and IOT are making its footprint in BSP across all shops. Thus, it becomes necessary to upgrade the manpower on working of the field devices and their integration with control room PLC/DCS systems. Accordingly, a 8- day training programme for line personnel from all sections of Instrumentation department has been developed to train them.
