Khordha : Khordha District Congress Committee was Organized Condolence Meeting in the Memory of Departed Senior Congress Leader Bichitrananda Champatiray & Bichitra Badjena in PWD, IB, Khordha. Both are Passed Away Following Cardiac Arrest. The Condolence Meeting was Preside by Senior Congress Leader & Khordha District Congress Committee Vice-President Padma Charan Ray.
