Kuakhia, Pratap Prusty : On Saturday, the Minister of Rural Development, Odisha Sri Priti Ranjan Ghadai laid foundation stone of the PMGSY Road from Prathamakhandi to Bandhadiha. In presence of local MLA Smt. Sunanda Das, Sri Ghadei laid the foundation stone at Prathamakhandi. Thousand of BJD supporters including the former Zillla Parisad membe Sri Chaturvuja Dwivedi,Vice-chairman Mrs. Jayanti Dash, Routarapur Sarpanch Mrs. Swarnalata Sahoo, Youth BJD leader Sri Rama Chandra Sahoo welcomed the minister and the local MLA with flower bouquet at Mulapal Chhak and expressed their gratitude for this long stand development work. The expansion work of the PMGSY Road had been a long demand of the locals on which people of ten panchayats depend on. The road is a crucial connectivity of the life of the people of Prathamakhandi, Rajendrapur, Samantarapur, Routarapur, Arthanga, Mangarajpur, Maheswarpur, Bandhadiha, Mugupal, Barbati, Rasulpur and many more. The expansion/construction work shall be completed by 11.08.2023 which estimate tender cost is 11 Crore. “This is a great work of our beloved MLA so far, we are grateful towards their prompt action”, said a group of woman SHG group leader. In this occasion many forefront BJD leaders of the area like Ramachandra Sethy, Azad Hussain, Jay Prakash Dash, Sashi Bhusan Dash, Padan Mallick, Abhimanyu Mahalik, Sushant Behera, Priyaranjan Sahoo, Durga Das were actively participated.
